Science for kids: tipping points and connectivity in environmental management

We turned our recent scientific article “Social–ecological connections across land, water, and sea demand a reprioritization of environmental management” into a version for young readers, published in Frontiers for Young Minds.

The article explains how ecosystems are connected through water, why it matters for how we take care of the environment, and why solving environmental problems therefore takes collaboration.

The article is now online, with the key message that a major solution to environmental crises is to better realize the connections between ecosystems, and talk and work with each other. You (or the curious young minds in your home?) can check it out here.
